Reporting

Revenue Service Automatic Reporting
We have developed automatic Revenue Service uploads for all our warehouse clients. The WMS can upload invoice data with a single click from a PDA or laptop, allowing for smooth loading and the lowest possible personnel required to meet Georgia’s Revenue Service waybill and reporting requirements.
Inventory Management
Our WMS allows you to view stock and orders in one place, and to optimise the stock that your company carries. Our web – based software gives you real time access to your stock; what’s available, what’s been reserved and what’s been ordered. All your users can connect in real time to the same data, wherever they are, allowing good decisions to be made by your team. The system can also track location turnover – to see exactly which items have been stored in the entire history of a warehouse location. The software can track inventory turnover to see the entire warehouse history of a single product, product family or supplier.
Pallet/ Asset Management
Logistical assets like pallets, roll cages or boxes are a major investment and are at risk of theft or mismanagement. We have developed software that can track logistics assets (pallets, roll cages, boxes) across multiple locations and ensure real time inventory of these logistics assets in multiple warehouses, stores or depots.
KPI Management
Our dashboard can show KPI’s in real time, based on user parameters. This can include space utilisization, expiry date management, inventory turnover, picking speed, inbound / outbound volumes and values.

Location Management
Our WMS allows for automatic put – away and picking and can select the best locations for each item in the warehouse, based on inbound or expiry date, turnover or order frequency. Our software can ensure the most efficient use of space and limit picking operations and the pressure on your warehousing team.
Worker Management
Tasks can be allocated to individual worker accounts. Worker productivity and accuracy can be monitored in real time, and the system can provide reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and analyse the efficiency and productivity of the team.

1. PDA
Our software team can customise PDA devices to ensure smooth operations whatever the skill level of your team. PDA’s can be customised in English or Georgian and allow for put away, picking, checking, loading and waybill generation for the Revenue Service, all from operators’ handheld devices.
2. Cross Docking
Crossdocking is one of the most cost – effective way to receive, split and distribute goods. There is no need for put away, and no stock is held, allowing customers to reduce sqm used. Our software can manage any form of crossdocking, including full carton and single – item operations. Orders are placedin advance, based on anticipated inbound volumes. Once a load has been received, the system’s algorithm re – assigns quantities based on actual volumes and the warehouse team can split the order immediately, check and prepare for loading.
3. Advanced search and filter
The system can search all previous transactions by any parameter (order, supplier, item, barcode, key word, location, date) allowing users to find the history that they need, fast.
4. Export to Excel / Import from Excel
The system can operate seamlessly with Excel. All reports and operations can be downloaded to Excel with a single click and users can upload Excel files into the WMS swiftly, as needed.
5. Barcoding
The WMS can generate barcodes and barcode labels as required.
