To start the receiving process, first click on the purchase order menu to view the list of purchase orders that have already been created in the system.
Create new Perchase Order


Here, to create a new PO, click the plus button to open the data entry form.

Fill in the required fields and optionally any additional fields if needed.
To select a supplier, the supplier must already be defined in the Supplier section under the Master Data menu.

Once defined, you can choose it here.
Next, click the plus button in the table at the bottom of the form to add items to this PO.

The product and its barcode must already be defined in the Product Master Data section.
By entering the product code or barcode, the system will display the product details, allowing you to select it.

If the product has multiple barcodes, you need to choose the desired one.

If it has only one barcode, the system will select it automatically.

Then, enter the quantity to be received.

If you need to add more products, repeat the same step by clicking the plus button again.
Once the form is complete, click the Save button.


If everything is entered correctly, you will receive a success message and a new PO will be added to the system.
It is also possible to create a purchase order using an Excel file.
Create new Perchase Order by importing file
Navigate to the purchase order page. First, download the Excel template. Complete the file with the required information.



Once completed, upload the file. The fields in the Excel file are as follows. Product code. This is the product code. You can view product codes in the product menu. Product Barcode

This is the barcode of the product, which can also be viewed in the product menu. Each product may have multiple barcodes.

Description A description of the purchased product. Completing this field is optional. QTI, the quantity of the product to be purchased.

Type code. This field specifies whether the product is received in multi-unit packages. For this field, it is necessary to enter the codes defined for each PCB. To identify the correct code, Open the product page and select the desired product. In the unit of product column, click to open the form displaying the list of product units.

Based on the total quantity, choose the appropriate type code and record it in the Excel file. Please note that this field is optional. If it is not filled, the PCB can be selected in later steps.
Enter one or more products in this way and save the Excel file. Return to the purchase order page.

Click the Import PO button. In the form that opens, provide the following information.

Reference number, the identifier for the purchase order, supplier. Select the supplier from the drop-down list, owner. Select the owners from the drop-down list warehouse select the warehouse click choose file locate the saved excel file and then click open finally click the save button the registered purchase order will appear in the purchase order list by clicking on it
